This photo of me speaking with Deepak Chopra when he came to the city came my way recently. It was sent to me by the photographer and got me thinking back on the role Deepak played in my life.
His book Perfect Health was beside my bed, or on my desk for years. I started TM because of him (The Beatles played a role to a lesser degree as well.) and learned so much about Ayurveda which I consider my base foundation of health principles.
But I digress.
So anyway, I got this photo and just wanted somewhere to post it so I could refer to it and thought “Hey, my little blog here needs an update so….”
I still remember him putting the audience into a guided meditation from stage but while doing so was texting on his blackberry. I think about that often lol.
