Visiting Winslow Arizona

Years ago when I first head the song Take it Easy by The Eagles, I never thought I’d ever myself be standing on the corner in Winslow Arizona. Alas, many years later, married and traveling by RV through the United States, the day came when indeed, the picture was taken in Winslow Arizona.

I never thought I’d ever be married to a professional photographer, but when all is said and done, I’m quite thankful that I am. Most times I think it’s just the subject, but when I sober up, I realize that in reality, it’s mostly the photographer.

We set sail in mid December on a 5 and a half month trip to to experience what the United States has to offer. Our trip takes us through Nevada where we visited from our 4 day base in , through to Phoenix Arizona where we set up camp for an entire month. Next on our list of places to visit include Tombstone Arizona, the Alamo in San Antonio Texas and then on to our second month of stay in Corpus Christi Texas.

California Set to Legalize Marijuana

In an amazing turn of events, California is set to legalize marijuana in an effort to raise monies for various state programs. Larry Wisebolt, director of the California Department of Food and Agriculture, working with T.J. Christopher of the Department of Finance have jointly proposed the method in an effort to eliminate California’s recent declaration of bankruptcy.

Mr Wisebolt stated, “We can legalize marijuana, sell it and tax it and then use the 90% of the funds to provide free health care, university tuition and eliminate homelessness, while at the same time providing more jobs”, while T.J. Christopher added that “it wasn’t an easy sell, but once we all realized how much better our state would be and the quality of life that the funds we’d get after we legalize marijuana, it was a no brainer.”

Initially thought to take a few months to implement for the first growing season, it was quickly discovered that supplies were plentiful and farmers were able to supply the much needed crops.

State financial officer predicts that the California bankruptcy can be reversed in the first year alone. He’s hoping neighboring states will come on board so that an export crop can produce even more revenue.

While Democrats and Republicans discussed the financial abundance of legalizing marijuana, football fans had another agenda, the marijuana bowl. Appropriately scheduled between the Chick-fil-a bowl and the Papajohns.com bowl, the new marijuana bowl would take place near the Mexican border. More info to come.

When prodded about their plan of implementation and projected timeline, Mr Wisebolt and Mr Christopher began giggling and said “ok, we completely made that all up”

Whats Really Going On In The World

I think this video sums up nicely what’s happening around us. Everything seems to be speeding up and I see more and more people waking up to reality about politics, government, policies, removal of freedoms and the like. Watch the video and tell me if you see anything you can relate to.

My buddy Kenny uses the term “Sheeple” more and more these days. Learn, understand, open your mind to the truth. Turn off the TV, it’s killing you. Talk to your kids, eat better food, take responsibility for your health. Be like that single sheep in the movie. Stand up to authority. Stand in your power and know that it’s THEM that need us.

Security of the Person

The Canadian Bill of Rights clearly states in the preamble that the Canadian Nation is founded upon principles that include their acknowledgment of the “worth of the human person” and then, point 1a states that as part of our Canadian rights and freedoms, the right to “security of the person“.

So what are you worth do you think? and what is your security of your person?

Do we each have a value? We must if it’s been declared in the Bill of Rights. Question is, what is the value?
