		<description>Aconcagua is a beautiful mountain indeed. A very close friend of mine died there on December 5, 2009. The park rangers or what ever they are called there and the mountain rescue did nothing to locate him, his body was there near or on the summit for close to 15-days covered with rocks. 

Americans should be extremely careful ... your guides are there to assist you ... unfortunately most may be incompetent to get you safely to the summit and back.
